ART 210 PROJECT BLOG

Building off of the previous project, we added audio to our stop motion animations with Garage Band. I wanted my audio to be upbeat and acoustic, giving off calming and peaceful vibes as my animation plays. The different loops I used pair well together, and with the water and glow from the sunset in the animation itself. I started with the ukulele base, followed by percussion to add depth and keep the listeners attention.

This goal of this project was to take about 60-90 individual pictures in such a way that creates a stop motion animation. By moving the camera slightly in between each frame, it creates the look of motion. My stop motion animation was simple, taken on UT's dock and showing off our view of the city. The movement comes from the water and my feet rather than the buildings themselves.
